Please read these Terms carefully before placing an order. Before completing a purchase, you will be required to confirm your acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree, you will not be able to place an order.

Information about us
skyblocks.club is an independently operated Minecraft server and online project offering virtual in-game items, ranks, privileges and other digital content for use exclusively on the LostinskyBlock server (the “Platform”).
We act as the seller of Products offered on this Webstore (“Seller”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”). Payments are processed through third-party checkout and payment platforms.

Use of the Webstore
Your use of the Webstore is governed by these Terms together with our General Website Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully, as they contain important information applicable to you.
Our relationship with the Platform and formation of the Contract
The Webstore will guide you through the steps required to place an order. You are responsible for reviewing and correcting any errors before submitting your order.
We license logos, graphics, wordmarks and other assets solely for advertising and selling non-tangible digital content associated with the Platform.
We sell licenses granting access to virtual in-game benefits and rewards. All Products are licensed, not sold. The license is personal, non-transferable, and limited to the Minecraft account used at purchase.
We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, including in cases of suspected fraud or prior violations of server rules.
No contract is formed between you and Mojang AB, Microsoft, or any other third-party service provider.
Problems with the Products
We will make reasonable efforts to resolve issues relating to Products purchased. If issues arise due to third-party services, you should contact us first and we may refer you to the appropriate provider.
The Webstore and Products
All intellectual property rights in the Webstore are owned by us. In-game content and Products are owned by or licensed to the Platform.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Webstore or Platform.
Some Products may include virtual currency or simulated value mechanisms. Virtual Currency has no real-world value and may be revoked in cases of abuse or suspicious activity.
Restrictions on use
- Products are for personal, non-commercial use only
- No resale, transfer, or sublicensing is permitted
- No reverse engineering or system exploitation

We process personal information strictly in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Age restriction
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase Products from the Webstore.
Order process
Purchases are processed through third-party checkout platforms. Payment details, delivery information, taxes, and fees are displayed during checkout.
In the event of conflict, these Terms shall prevail over third-party terms where permitted by law.
Right of Withdrawal and Refund
Customers may request a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase of digital content. Refunds will be issued within 14 days using the original payment method.
This applies regardless of whether access has begun, unless mandatory law provides otherwise. Detailed EU consumer rights are set out in Schedule 1 below.
Delivery
Products are delivered digitally, usually in-game. Please contact us if delivery issues occur.
Prices and payment
Prices are displayed at checkout and may include applicable taxes. You confirm you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
You agree not to use VPNs or other methods to misrepresent your location or bypass pricing restrictions.
Our liability
We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach or negligence. We are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses.
Nothing limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Other important terms
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Estonian courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
Schedule 1 – Right of Withdrawal for EU Customers
EU customers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. Withdrawal must be notified in writing before expiry of the period.
Refunds will be made within 14 days using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
